Account Suspension

Payment Terms

iSend offers various subscription plans with different features and message limits. Payment is processed monthly or annually in advance.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension. Accounts suspended for non-payment may be reactivated upon full payment of outstanding dues.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of iSend. You may not use our proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

Privacy
